How does it work?

We'll put you in front of authentic users who are fans of your type of content and what you stand for. Thanks to a pass/match system, they'll be able to rate and interact with your content on your social networks, earning Treezs. These Treezs can be exchanged for gifts on our application. Of course, with your help and that of our system, we'll check that all the actions have been completed. You'll be able to grow your audience and improve your engagement rate!

Who will be sent to my profile?

When a user registers, we ask them to provide some information, such as the category of content they like (cooking, sports, gaming...) and on which networks. If this matches your profile, we'll put you in front of people who are interested in what you do, thanks to our algorithm. These are only real, active people with whom you can make connections later on.

How do the offers work?

If you choose the €29.99 monthly subscription, you'll be entitled to 50 credits that will enable you to showcase 50 contents on Treez from any of the proposed networks. We also offer the option of purchasing 10 credits once when you have a particular publication to test with a new community.

Can I find out how many Treez's users are swiping on my profile?

You'll have access to a report on the number of people who have acted on your contents and the pourcentage of matches/pass you have per contents.

How do you choose which actions to take?

Everything happens directly from your profile: you choose which content to feature (based on the number of credits you have available), which commitment, and we'll take care of the rest!

Can I have a Treez creator account with any social network?

Accepted Answer

The answer is no! We are currently available on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You must have a 'professional' account on Instagram to access our service. Other social networks will be available soon!

Is there any risk to my profile?

Accepted Answer

Treez promotes your profile to our organic users. We use no automation techniques, no bots, no fake followers, and no mass subscriptions like some growth tools that may violate the terms of use of social networks. So there's absolutely no risk to your account.

How can I unsubscribe if I no longer want to be featured?

You can delete highlighted publications directly from your account and simply stop posting your content on Treez.

What's the difference between you and other growth companies?

We're committed to helping small content creators or local brands/retailers grow by providing them with our tool, created by our team of experts. It encourages genuine users to give feedbacks on your contents in exchange for points they can redeem for gifts. No rules are broken, and you'll see your account meets a new community, unlike some growth companies that may use bots or more opaque and risky tools.

I'm afraid that this will impact my relationship with brands and that it will be perceived as buying fake followers?

We'd like to reassure you that our activity is entirely legal, and quite the opposite: we connect genuine users who can become an active affinity community with your account, which is also very interesting for a brand, which will get potential customers on its side. It's a win-win situation :)

Of course not, all actions performed by users are genuine actions that won't be withdrawn if you decide to stop your subscription.

How do I get my referral code?

Accepted Answer

Go to your profile 'My referral code.' Copy it and share it! Your friend can enter it when signing up in the 'Use a referral code' section. Please note that they will not be able to use it once they have signed up!

I have Treezs but can't access a reward I want — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

If you don't have enough Treez, go to the SWIPE tab to discover new profiles and earn more Treez.

Question 15

I'm limited to a certain number of swipe per day. Is this normal?

Yes, there is a daily limit of swipes per day, this could change, stay connected ;)

Do I have to pay for shipping when I redeem a gift?
