Members
Who can sign up?
Anyone, for free. You must be 18 for paid campaigns and signing contracts.
Do I need a specific account?
On Instagram, a professional account (free). On TikTok, a public account.
Why my location?
Campaigns are local: we show you the ones in your area. Your exact location is never shown to brands.
Do I have to say it's an ad?
Yes. Every paid post is labelled 'Ad': it's the law, and it protects your account.
Can I turn down a campaign?
Of course. You choose which campaigns you apply to.
Payments
How do I get paid?
By email, through our payment partner: choose bank transfer and enter your IBAN on its secure page. Treez never stores your bank details.
When do I get paid?
Your views are measured 7 days after posting. Payment goes out as soon as the team approves your post.
How are my earnings calculated?
Based on your post's real views, at the campaign rate, up to the stated cap.
What are treez?
Points earned for every action, to swap for gifts in the Shops.
Businesses
How much does it cost?
€9.99 a month excl. VAT with no commitment, or €44.99 a year excl. VAT. No commission on your sales.
Who pays for the discount?
You do, on the member's bill. You set the level, from 5 to 50%.
How do you prevent abuse?
The member's QR code changes every 60 seconds and can only be scanned once a day at your place.
Can my staff scan?
Yes, invite them by email. They get the scanner, not your invoices.
Brands
How much does a campaign cost?
From €1,500 to €30,000, depending on the number of creators, duration, areas and activations.
Who writes the brief?
Treez writes it, you approve it before launch.
How do you measure results?
Real views on D+1, D+3 and D+7, share of views in your area, actual cost, vouchers redeemed, in a shareable report.
Are creators under contract?
Yes. Every creator signs a contract before receiving the brief.
Account and data
How do I delete my account?
From Profile › My account. Your personal data is erased, except what the law requires us to keep.
Is my data sold?
No. It's used to run Treez and is never sold.
